Spend some time looking at some examples of posters. Write down some useful suggestions for other students below.

Guidelines

  • The poster must be A4 size
  • It must contain both text and images
  • Effects and formatting should be used appropriately
  • Remember that you are presenting the information to pupils of your own age
  • Remember that the poster should include information about the need to create and use secure passwords. You can also focus on how hacked accounts affect individuals.

What information is most important? What would be a suitable title /buzzwords? How many images should you include? What text information is needed / not needed? What effects / colour schemes / layout themes may help get your message across?

A great website for helping you choose colour schemes which work well together. You should keep a note of the colour codes (eg #FF4040) as your teacher will show you how to use these in your poster.
